We have tried to keep this as simple and clear as possible. If you have any questions, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

DOMESTIC ORDERS may use the following Payment Options:

• Online Payments PayPal (only): Credit Cards, eChecks, Bank Transactions
• Money Orders (email us details)
• Checks (email us for details)

Shipping and Handling:

• Shipping and Handling will be calculated upon checking out through PayPal.
  
• All orders will be shipped out within 48 hours of payment clearing or confirmation, unless it falls on a weekend or holiday. At which time the first business day purchases will be shipped

Insurance Policy:

• Insurance is Optional, but Recommended: Insurance is calculated according to Purchase Amount: click here to see the USPS Insurance Table. If you are using PayPal for payment, you will be prompted to put this amount in.
• Disclaimer: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages LOST OR DAMAGED in the mail, that are NOT INSURED. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping and Handling:

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs on all orders, you can calculate your shipping total via the United States Postal Service INTERNATIONAL RATE CALCULATOR
• Customs and Declaration: We are required to fill out a Customs-CN22 Declaration form on all packages sent Internationally, this form will be completed accurately with NO false information.

• Disclaimer: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages LOST OR DAMAGED in the mail. NO Exceptions! We will take every precaution to ensure packages safe and timely delivery.

We take Pride in our Creations and the quality of every item we have. Since each item is a "One of a Kind" most items are not replaceable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item, we will refund "in full" your original purchase amount minus the shipping costs, under the following terms and conditions (please contact us via email if you are not satisfied):

• Items must be returned in the same condition that we sent it in
• Item must be returned in the same quality of packing materials that it was sent in (not necessarily the actual shipping supplies, just similar in strength and quality to ensure the safe return of the item)
• Item must be returned and reach us, within 30 days of the original shipping date on the package.

We will return your money within 2 weeks of receiving the item, via the same manner that you made the purchase in (PayPal, Money Order, Check, etc.)
